When her partner, Bradley Fine, fails on a mission, Susan uncovers a terrorist plot involving Rayna, the daughter of an arms dealer. With the agency’s top agents exposed, Susan volunteers to track Rayna, despite her inexperience. Along the way, she faces challenges and unexpected allies, including her former colleague Rick Ford.

Susan’s mission takes her from Paris to Rome and Budapest, with surprising encounters and daring escapades. She gains Rayna’s trust as they chase a suitcase nuke, and with the help of her friend Nancy, they unravel the plot and confront the villains.
